I got an 40 60 ti 16gb vram and i9 9900K, 32 RAM DDR4 I'm on low settings and I'm getting around 40 - 50 fps
I Don't know why
Can someone help me pls?
Btw I use an oculus 3

Do you use Virtual desktop by any chance?

The meta app, and steam link have FPS caps.

Using virtual desktop, I get 120FPS and my PC is pretty bad.

And do other games lag?
