#[suggestion] item collisions in backpack?

GoT style backpack functionality would be really cool to see, especially since now we can upgrade the bags to be bigger, and the utility slots on the sides would actually be useful
yeah having a ton of utility slots on the sides doesnt seem all that useful to me
especially when they are on the back of the lid, makes them less convenient than just having them in the lid or sticking out the side
by them i mean like stims that id be putting in those slots
I mean the fact that chocolate bars have collision in the bag means it's possible
honestly when i first heard about this collision problem it sounded bad... but now that you put it in this perspective, i would actually be down with everything having collision - therefore needing good organisation and deciding what to bring/ what to carry home/ etc. 🤔
i haven't played the beta yet so idk how annoying it might actually be - but on paper it sounds like it could be a good challenge for those that want more difficulty/ realism/ etc
Yes please
My 2 cents: this would be cool as a setting for those that want it
But I love the current system where I can organize my gear in neat little stacks that are easily accessible
When there is collision, I just end up with the worst loot goblin backpacks
It'll be something easy to mod in I expect. The desert eagle in itr1 has the same issue
You could make it so the entire item has to be in the bag for it to stay to make it look less stupid
Heck no! That's the best part!
I like to fan my stuff around the edges of the bags in categories for easy grabbing
Empty ammo boxes and low tier loot, high tier loot, weapons I want, mags I want, stims, ammo to refill with, etc
anomaloud items...
there are special slots and pouches for easy grabbing of ammo and stims
yeah 4 slots...
womp womp
no thanks
loot goblin bag it is
Yeah no, maybe as an "Realistic Storage +" option where the bag itself has collision
I’m so glad the bag doesn’t have collision
I was afraid before we got hands on that everything had collision including the bag
Make it a toggle and i can accept it, otherwise i don't really want it
Yeah, i wanted to add a +1 to it
that's exactly what we've been saying lmao, a 'realistic' difficulty for those of us who want it
