Lag on Open XR

I have WMR, when I launch the game under Steam Open XR - it lags terribly
But if I launch it from WMR there are no lags oO

I see this for the first time

Then, play using WMR? 😄

The problem is there and it can come back to haunt you, besides, starting through the WMR works strangely, as if you were in jelly

Issue I have with WMR (Samsung odyssey +) is that the thumb stick press opens the steam overlay and run is disabled. With openxr I can use full controls, but there is jitter and drift. No issues in itr 2.7 for controls.

WMR sounds like support will end so maybe just time to go Quest or Index

Have you tried disabling this setting?

Also, try lowering render overlay quality to medium or low in SteamVR
