Thatās just what I would like to see anyway
Lil hot take but I think if more enviromental interaction are added, it should still be less common than itr1 (specifically openables) because as much as I enjoy looking through draws and cabinets like a hobo, it gets exhausting and repetitive in certain areas, I kinda appreciate how quick and easy scavenging is in itr2, but it could definietely use some more charm, like crates and stuff
I'm all for everything else though

The interactions kind of sucked in ITR1 on a technical level
I think the loot we find should be more significant, like finding a shotgun in an attic, or closet, and finding a hand gun in a safe, finding toothbrushes and toilet paper in the bathroom, finding food in the fridge, cabinet, or just on the counter

But I love opening and scrounging through stuff in VR

Decaying winter (a roblox game which is why this is a hot take) has one of the best survival systems I've seen. It makes self maintenance important but also extremely useful, keeping well nourished doesn't effect your stamina but instead increases your strength and endurance and shit like that, you can just not eat but you'l be taking a risk.
That would make me a lil queasy ngl
That's the thing tho, in itr there's no need, since the healing artifacts just fix you up
I hated that in that one jungle survival game

The lighting though looks way better
They still glow just white, I'm assuming the lack of darkness is temp Because it changes from map to map, facility has really dark blacks, peninsula is about the same darkness as before the update and the forest is for some reason really gray at night???? And I'm not talking about the ground. also night vision scopes were hinted at in the files so i assume lighting will change from update to update.
it might actuallty have somethign to do with the normal textures on the ground or gamma
the post processing looks good its just turned up way too high
Hopefully they give us a post-processing setting in the graphics in the future
If given the option, I usually turn all post-processing off
I hope they work on their āweatherā system

Well, basically just a scripted sequence of missions about finding something with data in it (first a camera, that leads you to a black box that leads you to another black box)
But it just got recycled into the generic loot in the final game
