I am quite having trouble with your mod sir, none of the new weapons are spawning in (I don’t have the pak screenshot cause I’m not on my pc atm. + it’s late.)
PS: Added sounds cause the video only had discord pings

Recoil and accuracy
also for some reason it feels like it burns suppressors kinda fast
ahh yeah, the recoil is pretty good
crashes when i disabled the shield , sword and glock skin

Pull the scav mods out of the scav folder and put them in the main folder
funfact if you have a SHORT double shot gun
go to factory , hide in a save spot (that one place where you climb down to sleep )
shoot Several packs of shotgun rounds with your LOUD short double barrel
wait a few minutes till nearly ALL ENAMYS IN VICINITY are around

dont sleep or reload a AUTOSAVE
only load a Manual save in case
otherwise the enamys walk/spawn back to their ORIGINAL spots

and i found out how smokes work
if you are standing close to the smoke , the smoke screen disappears for YOU , not for them
if placed well you have FULL FREE VISION at enamys , while they cant see you (i suggest atleast having atleast "some" cover from a car or small torso high spot

AK-pipe-granades are useful (if you can range it , laserpointer can help with finding the range roughly )
the normal granades are literaly a RNG box x,D , sometimes they deal damage , sometimes they explode next to you NO DMG , other times they kill you out of like 10-15meters x,D
(same with gas tanks, still have fun shooting them and throwing them like a "nade" X,D )
yeah, i always found nades to be kinda bullshit
doesnt change the fact still using them for the CHANCE is still cool x,D ( i tryed SO OFTEN already to throw a nade from the factory floor down into a window 😂 ( all the time it hit the Railing lmao )

small update : with scav and chucks mod (+ your little adjustment mod) = no crash so far
i am checking MOD FOR MOD till the crash starts
so far those didnt cause crashes

- Insane - 0.1 second delay. With this option, you can reload 71 bullets in about ~8 seconds.

ok the DRUM MAG (that RPK one) i only ever found 1 in the BTR map
the other 60 ammo mag for M4s i never have seen
now i will see if the M700 sniper mags will drop though :3

( ok i think the pump shotgun in the MIDDLE of your uploaded showcase picture , of the chuck mod , i thought i would never find = but i recently found that too with a NEW savefile )
i dont know if drop chances are also affected by story stage like how deep you are in the story , affects the loot tables 🤔
I've used all of the above mods basically and very rarely do I crash

but i think in general scav "special variant weapons" have upgrade errors with chucks weapons ( like with the SKS in the past )

So I had another l go, finally got a gasmask (and a helmet) in pervomay plus another mask in factory so mods are all working well together just RNG doing me dirty. I also got the laser to fit my kedr in the end it turns out it's just the attachment hitbox is really far back on the rail you need to put the item inside the weapon for it to attach. Ive been using your test Pak as well and so far no issues whatsoever, just cleared out pervomay, bolotki and factory after a new tide all good
will you look into the things i mentioned there with the Kedr (above) and screenshoted attachments too ?

- they are foldable and would be theoreticaly placeable into the bag 😂 (with foldables mod x,D )
They look very similar but are different. and yes, as stated before the issue with not putting them in the bag is due to the folding backpack mod adding the gameplay tags of all weapons in game with a folding stock to the allowable items for the backpack. since my items did not exist then, they couldnt add in my items. I cant fix this without rereleasing their mod, which I dont want to do.
ahhh makes sense , thought it was kinda conected with the small ak layout ^^; ( like created a whole new weapon with skin sounds etc. , but base was that foldable aksu with the folding feature etc. )
is it maybe possible to give them "some" design thematic differences 😂 just curious ( like one had a different muzzle than the other or somethin )
hypothetically, couldnt you add a pak that makes just your stuff foldable? you wouldnt need to touch any of the OG mod's stuff
uhhhh it is realism. Russia, when modernising their AKs, decided to make them as cross-compatible as possible, i.e the handguard from a 104 will fit on a 103, 102, 105, ad infinitum
this means they only needed to produce one handguard

remodeling would mean another uv map that uses a new texture i need to apply it to

pretty much the textures coordinates on the mesh model
odd how some of the guns dont even get touched by the full texture pack like the mosin and svd then

I've been lowkey trying to smash them together via just load order... only reason I haven't actually cracked open the pak's is that's a lot of effort for a private mod as that's a lot of ripping and stitching other peoples work, of which I'm far less experienced to be tampering to begin with

umm chuck is it normal that i cant attach a laser to the Glock 18c , even though the gun states that it has a SLOT-S for flashlight /laser ^^; ?

i had the same problem before with SNBs Glock 17 skin , where it didnt wanted to accept the laser sight first

so the gun dropped again yay , but all the red chests only the other AK and M4 mag stuff (no sight of R700s so far after 10+ more red chests )
i wonder though , since i saw also mags of various guns in SILVER CHESTS , can the R700 mags also included in those 🤔
same with END GAME attachments in kolkoz/castle maybe and the drum / casket mag (so that they CAN appear in both (silver and red) maybe ?

OR - delete one item in the SPAWN chance list and look if it THEN spawns = if it THEN spawns then it tells me there is some kind of "limit" of how many things can be linked to a spawn source
OR - adding it to the SILVER CHEST , if it spawns it means the RED CHEST already has a limit of how many items can be directed to it
- also the durability values are different compared to all other magazines, while everything is between 55-80 , the sniper mag is the ONLY one with 60-100
( kinda experienced that in some other games , where there is some sort of LIMIT of how many different items can spawn in one possible place )

so I can't physically get this mod to work properly with either stalker or scav. It "works" but its as if im using an old version. Drum mags are missing from the shop, and the R700 mags dont appear in boxes with scavenger mod, for instance. There just doesnt appear to be a way to download the latest version from the nexus?
unless the stalker version just isnt as up to date for some reason?
I'm going to completely purge my mods and attempt to reinstall from scratch. My paks folder etc were pretty cluttered
well it's a bit late I already removed all the mods through vortex xD but I'll try reinstalling just your mod with the scavenger mod alone and try it out

Okay, so after completely uninstalling everything and installing with the all in one FOMOD thingy in vortex, with the appropriate patch for stalker, I'm not seeing many of the new weapons, e.g. the m870 or the drum mags or ak varients etc.
Is it possible I downloaded the wrong file? This looked to be the most recently updated one on the nexus
I noticed it shows up as v 2.04 on vortex while the nexus says 2.111, and im wondering if something is going wrong there

(what about the , adding to silver cases / slight increase drop chance or get rid of a other mag item = to check if the loot pool isnt over filled so the mags cant even spawn )

its really not too hard to edit the files you just need a few programs
I've noticed that some saiga 10 round mags look different than the other saiga 10 round mags, like one is missing textures compared to the normal ones
Not sure if it's the 10 round stashes at the castle that look weird or if there's two versions of them scattered around in loot
Its probably just the ones that are set in world
if you have the supporter edition they get kinda goofed, resets on save reload
happens to knives and a lot of other things
the pp-91 seems to be bugged visually. I've got all the upgrades but it still looks like the stock version without the rail block on the muzzle. the attachments still sorta work and float there, weirdly. unsure if this is a known issue besides the stock not folding in but
I had another one fully upgraded that looked just fine, but swapped over because I found a high quality one and wanted to replace it

It's not a big issue - I also noticed a lot of guns' audio is bugged - some dont play the sounds for loading/unloading mags, others will only play the charging handle resetting sound
tiger rifle, pp-91 are the 2 main ones that do that for me
oh and mp5
i experienced the same bug with the PP91 with the missing B-rail upgrade and b-block
pp91 is one of my favourite weapons in the base game and i do love the modded one too, sucks that I spent 30,000 ingame shmeckles to upgrade it only to have it look like stock
but I mean Chuck does this for free and what he's made is stellar so I'm not gonna complain when things go wonky, especially because he's so helpful 
The sound issue is odd. Are you using any sound mods?
none that affect the weapons. The only altered sound in my game is the half life crier mod (the other best mod on the nexus lmao)
It's not a huge deal, I'd much rather have this mod and the bug than not have the bug without the mod lmao

Ohh i see i noticed it used rail B in the upgrade terminal instead of the vanilla rail S that the pp91 normally has. Perhaps that's causing it to get confused
Am I wrong in thinking it used to be rail S in a previous version of your mod?
can confirm, scav mod pre upgraded weapons do weird stuff to chucks
sometimes it's fixed by throwing it in the repair bin
what guns specifically? did you find them with upgrades already applied?
Compiling an update now for scavenger loot. should fix any guns found with attachments and the two unique scav no shop guns.

also when i started a NEW SAVE FILE with your mod and scav mod
and INSTANTLY running to the PP-91 spot = my game freezes and crashes at reaching the STASH of the PP91
but if i found the PP91 before atleast ONCE in a silver chest and THEN go to the PP-91 Stash spot = then it doesnt crash freeze
something with the set stash and scav slapping upgrades on everything like glaze
the aqrquebus (over under special ) , only has ONE upgrade option (improving dmg by 50% for 20.000 ) , no rail upgrades etc. 😂
OH i forgot the BOOMSTICK (short double barrel)
i have the feeling that some of the Scav Special / Legendary weapons are supposed to work with specific already existing upgrades or no upgrades at all in mind
Successfully transplanted a blueprint from a cooked umap into an in game umap. Cooked my kedr into a map and use the tool “stove” to transplant it into the bolotky village boat spot. Removed the pre existing kedr that was broken by my mod. As far as I can tell, the new kedr in that spot just works.
So now, I need you guys to tell me where there may be other stashes where my guns are. Not all guns, specifically, the kedr (I know about the greenhouse stash), the sks, ak74u, iz81, and mosin( already know the train depot spot)
there is a AUG stash in factory on a floating car
but since you dont have anything in your mod conected to the AUG i think this falls flat 😂
there is also in factory a stash with the short ppsh and 2 drum mags
in route a TT-33 one
the "missing saiga" stash in castle where only the 2 mags appear
This is another groundbreaking mod innovation here. This also means we can edit the objects inside the umap as much as we want. Even adding custom BPs, right?
there is a GLOCK stash in perfomay route
there seems to be a pump acton shotgun stash in factory
factory also has a AKM stash

are the most recent magazines like the rpk drum, or the r700(?) rifle mags configured with the scav mod dependency? It's been a few tides and I haven't found any of them - I seem to recall the R700 being basially unusable with the noshop version of the scavenger mod because it wouldnt spawn the magazines, but I also havent found a lot of the newest stuff

Okay so I wasn't imagining things
Turns out it’s only an issue for that rail specifically. Got a pretty big patch coming along, figured out how to add and remove tags from the accepted tag list for the magazine holders without modifying the player blueprint. It will conflict with the freecam mod unfortunately. But I can add the r700 mags to the holsterable item list and remove the rpk drum too. Gotta figure out the backpack so I can add in all the foldable guns from my mod. Also fixed the ak quick eject function, hitting it with another mag, and have it set on all the ak style guns (including SVD, sks, and saiga)
Also included in this patch is scav mod unique weapons fixes and stash gun fixes

Ah - funny thing with that - i already had a fully upgraded one that worked just fine. But, I found a high quality one from scavenger mod that did a little extra damage and was a bit more accurate. When i tried to upgrade that, it goofed up. The one in the photo is the one I already had upgraded

What I am trying to get working is adding and removing accepted items to the holders based on data tables. This way, modders can just add their items to the tables instead of modifying the backpack/mag pouches/holster/wrist slots/chest slots/. I already have it working for the mag pouches but not the backpack.
I’m not sure about the expanded volume backpack mod. I don’t think it would conflict
But since this extra primary slot on the backpack modifies the same BP as carry foldables, if I can’t get this table inject thing working I can just add my items to the list in the backpack BP

It seems this mod sorta breaks the sounds of certain weapons. So far I've noticed issues with;
Tiger rifle mag loading & unloading sounds not playing
DVL only plays loading sound
PP-91 kedr charging handle only plays the release sound and not the pullback
^same issue with the mp5k/a3 although it plays the release sound when pulling back too
I wouldn't know why these are broken other than due to the use of this mod, or an issue in the base game.
I'd be happy to make a video to demonstrate the issues if necessary, I've sent my paks folder. Again I dont know if it's purely due to this mod or something else, I was just wondering if anyone else had any issues
I also showed the mp5a3 misalignment that forces me to raise my left arm to the sky to aim downrange
The mp5 issue is known, I’m told that turning virtual stock fixes that. The sounds breaking may just be them not being set on the BPs. Something I’d have to fix

I'm starting to think those new mags might be a bit too rare, considering theyre used for sec 3 rifles, which are largely phased out in castle and kolkhoz in terms of power. Perhaps they could be a rare factory loot, or made a bit more common in kolkhoz+? That's my suggestion

Little vid of the hammer moving with the slide. After the slide gets to a certain point it locks the hammer and only resets it on a dry fire. Every gun is destroyed and remade on level changes, so custom variables can’t be saved normally. This is why the canted sight and rifle light revert back to their default states. This won’t be an issue with this though, as the hammer state gets and sets the rotation to match

I did notice the ironsights on both the long and sort m870 are completely off, if you use the ring sight and put the front sight even in the lower center, the shot is way further up than expected
they are my favourite shotguns to use though i love the shorty with slugs as a factory sidearm
I think the where the shot it got moved that high due to shooting yourself in the hand

weird bug with chucks I've found, it makes some items just not exist at all anymore on scavenger no shop, notably the .357 big box fmj, and the R700 magazines. They simply do not exist anymore, even with debug they're just not there.
weird thing is smashing stalker mod on top makes at least the mag exist again but still not obtainable (or at all normally) via shop

You have so many paks that are incompatible with each other being loaded
What mod are you using, scav or stalker?
I have done so much testing that you should assume you did something g wrong with your million paks and incompatibility with eachother before bugs with my mod
I clarified it in the video, that it's specifically scav no shop that's causing it, all other mods disabled
here's the proof anyways, there's nothing incompatible there, using scav, without stalker, no shop. I've also done a lot of testing
paks folder in the video, the items still do not exist with this pak list
to further confirm, this was not an issue until I updated to the latest versions... that or I never bothered to check scav no shop, as it works fine in the rest

didn't really occur to me to test the mod itself without chucks, as I've had it thrown on since forever now
I've never noticed this as I don't use the revolver or de, but now you mention it yep I've never found 357 fmj in base scav no shop
I noticed it as I was trying to plan for particular challenge runs and I noticed it was never there in the shop or in the items that exist at all

I am somewhat suspecting this is an issue with Chucks Customs, but not 100% sure. Using it + Stalker mod and dependencies. But it seems manually cleaning M14 magazines is effectively impossible. All of the sprayed on oil almost completely vanishes after a few brushes, leaving repair via terminal the only real option.
Anyone else see/notice this?
I do remember something similar happening when I cleaned mine a month ago but ran out of spray right as I started so I wasn't sure if it was a bug or a me problem
I think it's also because the mags float a couple of inches off a surface, so it's likely the cleanable bits are invisible and under the magazine
So i wasnt the only one who had this wierd experience with cleaning M14 mags
Also the pp-sh banana-mags are kinda difficult to clean because of registering clean spots
I do think there was a other weapon with similar problems

counter point, you also get enough cash to not need to do that for mags as they are super cheap to pay to repair

Dont think so. And im not sure regarding the cleanable bita be under the surface of the mag. When you brush an oiled item to clean, you can see the shine slowly fade as the brush runs over it, but with the m14 mags a fully oiled side with go fully dry after 2 or 3 swipes of a brush. Without that shine, brushing does nothing.
Try all sides and angles, one version a while back the 'clean box' for one of the weapons was a small square just in front of the trigger guard. Once you found it you could clean it super quick lol
The issue with the m14 mags is the small texture size. It’s like 512x512. You just gotta spray a little, brush, repeat
i HATE cleaning m14 mags the oil just vanishes immediately, its one reason i never use that gun lol
I'm a sucker for the M14 personally. The mag cleaning is not a real issue in Stalker or Vanilla since you can just foot the cash to fix if the piecemeal cleaning is too tedius or burns too many oil cans. Scav mod, however...ouch.

I guess because i bring field cleaning supplies as i go so I usually only need to ramrod my guns or top off my mags occasionally

Only if you choose to disable the shop, but even then you can still use the repair box

but i think the S2000 mag has a similar problem with cleaning (but unfortunatly they are compareable rare )

but once Scavanger Mod is mounted onto Into the radius , the REGEN artifacts duration is reduced from 100 seconds to 40 seconds
