You can not mod the standalone version
You have to use the Rift or Steam version to mod ITR
Then when I open them they just loop the same mod file
You are trying to mod the quest 2 version, it will not work
I was told I could with the cable connected to the pc
Oh well
When will quest 2 modding be supported?
It is not in the plans for the game on Quest 2
How come?
They haven't made a statement about why
So quest two players pay the same price as pc players have less graphics and can’t mod it
That makes no sense
Is there any other way I could sort of make the game easier
Or like get more money
ITR on Steam doesn't have official mod support yet. But it will one day! Until then there are multiple unofficial mods developed by our explorers. You can check them out by visiting the "ITR Modding" section on this server. ITR on MQ2 doesn’t have mods!
No, they have said they have no plans for it on the quest 2
Its in the plans for the PC version
Not the quest
I believe that if you bought the game on quest 2 standalone you also get the game on the oculus store which that version can be modded.
You'd have to check yourself that you have the oculus store version though as I don't know how you tell that
yup, crossboy. So if you were to get a PC, you can still play it
yes, go mess around with the difficulty settings. You can change anything
enemy health, damage, money rewards.. ecc
In setting?
Yea. I am not sure how it works on quest, but on pcvr you can change literally anything
If it works differently, @random nymph may know
PCVR players not only paid for the Q2 & game but also thousands for the PC, are you actually serious?!
And yes you also can install PCVR ITR with your quest version since it is cross-buy. You just need VR capable PC. Then you can mod PCVR version.
In case you missed it, he was asking if you can tune down difficulty
Only by the in game settings like story mode & then customize
You just can’t change enemy spawn count on standalone.
They don’t just buy the pc for ITR they would buy it for other games
Just clearing up the air about your “makes no sense”
Yea, basically you pay for 1 platform but have it for two.
