Just make it a single shot that looks like a double shot make it have 2 noises instead of one make the magazine twice the size of a normal pistol and have it fire a 2x strong bullet instead of 2 bullets. problem solved.

no we physically cannot "code" anything. we dont have access to any code in the files. we can only edit existing values for datatables and BPs other wise the engine just dumps the entire file and it isnt loaded
