Aye, I like it. Though, I think you used a bit too much blurring/smoothing out for the pattern. A good way I combat this is to blur it from the outside rather than just blurring the pattern itself. Otherwise, good skin.

I personally would suggest saving the blue for around the eyes and the crest
I like to use a pale cream or off-white for the underbelly, throat, etc.

That would help the blue accent some display areas without dominating a large portion of the dinosaur
