I can see it just fine on mobile and pc if it's transparent. I prefer transparent too since I can do more stuff more easily without having to remove the white first. It is really easy to just add the white on the outside if needed so why clutter the template if you can just have it completely clean

Nontransparent is a huge pain for Ibis Paint..To be fair, I be learning a lot abt ibis here lol so it may not be an actual problem, but you can't add a layer under the template and see it if it's not transparent

When someone is approved by the Alderon PoT team to create mods and is allowed to make custom skins- how does that work?

More so what program is used to work on the 3D model while making and applying the skin?

Is it a Windows only program or can it be used on an iPad?

I'd love to know and appreciate the time taken to answer this!

i kinda am not the happiest w how it turned out but mainly because this is made to fit w PTR's alberta realism dimorphism (males have bright colours n intricate patterns on head and/or body) which makes it hard to design a skin that can be used both ways since females don't. it's either this is a skin solely males can only use which seems lame

I'm not a modder for POT but I am really wanting to get into it, I do a lot of skin design work for fun even though i cannot currently impliment them, and do mod for other games and dev for my own, and recently started working on this skin design and figured this would be the proper channel to send that kinda thing..if it isnt please yell at me and point me in the correct direction 😅, anywho this is my own lineart but here's a skin design I did based off the stellars jay, it's not done yet it's just a work in progress design currently but I'm actually really really proud of this one, this will be the first one I actually share with people!

Curious what this skin would be a clone of, we don't have any stellars jay skins in any mods that I'm aware of?

Unless yall be referring to the BlueJay which the skin is....quite quite different from both skin wise and bird wise, way more black, blue Jay's have more white, stellars Jay's have no white but I needed a 5th color to break up the design - so I went with a swooshing marking design to mimic nebulas/ and Speckles as "stars"

I kinda wanna gage if it looks toooo similar cause if so I'd like to emphasize maybe the black saddle and change a few things if it does- since I'm working on the other 2 pattern designs

Saw someone once mention POT needing more canine type mods. I think a Dire wolf is much needed so decided to do my own “concept” art of a dire wolf with some skins. Might do more skins another time
