I think there its only preference but u easily steal everyones kill with sks tho. If i play woth randos i average do 70-80% with the sks so u can def give ig a shot in hardcore

You have to hit/shot specific radios around the map to get him as a boss. U always get scorpion unless you hit that specific radio then it changes to the jubo tree boss
