<a:A49_codm_logo:630305059955015711> Feedback & Reports

You will find below all the different platforms we offer our community, which work as a bridge between the Call of Duty: Mobile players and the development team. Please be sure to understand what each platform is for and abide by its individual rules and guidelines, along with our server rules found in #information-desk.

If you would like us to introduce new platforms or make changes to our current ones, please take a few moments to fill out our Community Feedback Survey.

📨 Constructive Feedback

Do you have any piece of constructive feedback you would like to share with the developers and publishers of the game? Be sure to write it in a healthy, respectful and constructive way and have it sent in our #constructive-feedback channel. Messages that don't abide by the channel's rules—found in the pinned messages—will have their messages deleted by our moderation team, before the officials could read them. You are limited to 1 message every 6 hours.

🎯 Targeted Feedback

Throughout time, the developers might face issues with the game that are difficult to pin down or solve. Especially when learning about them becomes ineffective without the help of the entire community. This is where YOU come in. The #targeted-feedback channel will highlight issues—in its pinned messages—and you will be asked to provide your detailed input on the matter, whether it is a simple topic the officials need your opinion on, or a bug that requires detailed reports to help squash it. Be sure to check out the list of the highlighted issues and give your feedback on them after a thorough read of the channel's pinned messages.

#
💡 Suggestions

Do you have any unique suggestions or complaints you would like the developers and other members of our community to read? Be sure to use our Call of Duty: Mobile Suggestions Form to submit your ideas. All submissions will undergo review by our moderation team within 48 hours of receiving them. Unique submissions will appear on our #codm-suggestions channel as soon as they pass the review.

#
🐛 Bug Reports

Are you encountering any bug or glitch in the game after a recent update? Be sure to use our Call of Duty: Mobile Bug Reports Form in order to help resolve any issues with the game and pave the way for better experiences that everyone could enjoy. All submissions will undergo review by our moderation team within 48 hours of receiving them. Unique reports that involve the latest version of the game will appear on our #bug-reports channel as soon as they pass the review.

🚨 Cheater Reports

Have you come across cheaters or hackers in the game? Be sure to use our Call of Duty: Mobile Cheater Reports Form to help eliminate users who threaten fair play.

If you encountered a cheater/hacker, please use the in-game report system first to speed-up the process. You may then use our form to submit a detailed report and provide evidence of the incident to the proper authorities. You will receive a thank you note in-game once the player has been punished, if you used the in-game report system prior to filling out our form.

🔨 Ban Appeals

Any and all users who are found committing an offence listed in Call of Duty: Mobile's Security & Enforcement Policy will have their account banned for an appropriate amount of time.

All infractions undergo a thorough review process by Activision's and Tencent's respective security teams before issuing the ban, and penalties are not subject to further review.

The #1020724252900605972 channel remains open for queries regarding bans & fair play, however, please note that appealing a ban through our community channels is no longer possible.
