From here the game will inevitably crash, unless i refresh the app before it happens. Relogging remedies the problem. Happens infrequently when using in game vc, (every 10-15 games) while happening every 5-10 games when using discord.

When i ride a vehicle after a few while, the soumd of the engine suddenly missing. Footsteps also cannot be heard but can be seen on mini map. I even use Trickster Class but the Sound of footstep keep missing.

Steps to reproduce - in battle royale, happens when the enemy is near, when I’ve engaged the enemy, when I loot the enemy, sometimes randomly if I drive a vehicle.
In multiplayer, happens when I hear enemy being near, and engaging the enemy.
Reported back in April. Thought it was because my device is old but doesn’t seem to be the case.
I believe the issue has to do with previous changes to either matchmaking or rank changes. Just finished a hellish ranked MP match where I froze and lagged for most of the match. Then I went and played a couple juggernaut matches with rare desync issues and didn’t have my screen freeze at all. So you might want to investigate looking at your rank changes or anything related to that sometime since season 3 (that’s when it first started for me).

- Total audio fails while playing BR no sounds at all (menu, in gameplay, character - everything goes mute.
2.screen freezes : while playing the screen randomly freezes often, most often while using ads with any gun. But also happens while normal game play example running or jumping or sliding. - Ak 117 - sounds changes to DRH sound while in game, happens often 7 out of 10 times in BR and 5 out of 10 times in MP.
- Mute Skins : 2 of the season 8 skins Tank Dempsey wreckers + Krueger Reapers are mute in BR and MP no audio while using VC commands. Also other audio such as ‘reloading, cover me’
- De sync - we all know this problem. Very important to be fixed.
- Voice chat Error : frequent error while using voice chat in BR, goes mute, comes back on and goes mute again. Sometimes shows ‘error connecting to audio servers’
- GAME / APP crashes: this happens mostly while playing BR, app just crashes and I have to restart the app. Frequecny 6 out of 10 times.

Description: When playing Ranked Search and Destroy on High Rise, in front of both the spawn buildings is a small tin room with windows and a door. Whenever I enter those rooms from the doors and try exiting from the windows, I get stuck. Then when I try to get back out from the door, after walking a few steps outside I am again teleported back inside the window, and this keeps o happening. Description: In the middle of a ranked match or a game of battle royale, the game just goes black there is no reason for it to happen but the screen just goes black randomly this normally costs the game and this also makes KD go down alot. I have also noticed that after the season 13 update, the black screen issue has also moved over to ranked matches and happens pretty frequently as well. The game has also gotten more laggy and it started heating up my device after the update I do not think this is a RAM problem either because I have 8GB of RAM with no background apps other than discord normally, please try to fix and/or address this problem as soon as possible.

Description: When in BR, My game always crashes at the worst time. Whenever i enter combat, it blanks out but i can hear audio, and 99% of the time, i hear bell/chime sound when you die, following the you died audio, the game loves to crash.
And if it isn't combat related, the game tends to crash when i am on the edge of a location on the map. Mostly when it is outside the game freezes and blacks out, i am outside the safe zone. Of course when i finally reconnect after minutes, you are too far outaide the safezone to even try to med kit yourself to it.

Description: After the update Ive been experiencing frequent framedrops, also Ive notice in my game manager that my Framerate limit at 30-35 fps (Low graphics and High Framrate) which is unusual as the previous season I can max out 55 fps and average of 45 fps. Back at 2019 I still have my Very High framrate until Sept. I only have High framrate
Yes I understand that my phone that has Snap Dragon 665 3gb Ram may cant keep up, but is it drastic that the game suddenly demands more does it tho?

Description: in regular br, I have issues with vehicle audio cutting out at random times. Sometimes it’s specific types of vehicles, other times it’s all. For sniper challenge, I had audio issues with not being able to hear certain snipers shooting like the Arctic 50; this also happens in regular br with regular guns but rarely. I can only hear the bullets drop on the ground but not hear the gun shoot. Sometimes certain sound effects when clicking on things in the home page cut out as well. This happens more rarely than the br audio issues though
