— This channel and its ticket options are NOT meant for game-related use. The available ticket options are limited to questions, reports and queries related to our Discord server and its community. For game-related support, please refer to the last paragraph at the bottom of this channel.
— Spamming our moderation team with duplicate tickets or any form of irresponsible behaviour is strictly prohibited.
— The tickets you create and any subsequent conversations must be respectful. Please avoid any type of toxicity or hostility, and be patient and coherent while communicating. Most importantly, be civil, use common-sense and behave with proper decorum.
— Users who do not respect these guidelines may be removed from the server or banned from accessing any of our support channels.
