That speed boost is barely making a difference, some weapons won't care about your extra hp, and besides, Underkill encourages rushing, something barely any player does nowadays.

Using a fun wildcard that allows you to feel like you're actually playing a fast paced cod game ain't "abusing" bro. There are other things to worry about.

Its only hard to counter in s&d once the match beggins, but if you see underkill users you can play tactically (not camping since i discourage that) and wait for them to push you first. Underkill ain't even close to being meta, and its only viable in S&D. If you play sniper, and many will use snipers, you'll still 1 shot so what's the deal? Just don't camp and expect people to always push you if you play sniper. Underkill is a way to counter campers and its good, this is cod, not pubg.
