One would reasonably expect that a studio of your resources might conduct thorough quality assurance before releasing a major seasonal update — ideally ensuring the game continues to function afterwards, though I appreciate that may be asking rather a lot.

I trust your technical team are working with all due haste to restore normal service. Goodwill, once squandered, is devilishly difficult to recover.
