I am writing this because your game is actively ruining matches for me, over and over again, due to bugs, audio failures, and performance issues that should not exist in a competitive shooter.
First of all, I have been killed multiple times because the game freezes or hangs exactly when an enemy starts shooting. This is not a skill issue — this is your game failing at the worst possible moment.
Second, the footstep audio and Map icon is completely broken.
I keep dying because:

• Enemies get my footsteps, but I get none.
• Even at a distance of 5 meters, I hear nothing.
• I can literally be following an enemy to execute them and still hear zero footsteps.
• Meanwhile, enemies hear me clearly.
  I get nothing at all. This inconsistency makes the game unfair and unplayable.
  Third, your bugs are killing me — literally:
• I got stuck in front of a flamethrower.
• I got stuck under a helicopter.
• After being revived by teammates, I could only MOVE.
  Buttons not visible also completely useless.
  I am also experiencing random lag spikes exactly when approaching enemies or when they approach me, which once again results in unfair deaths.
  These issues are not small. They directly affect gameplay, ranking, and enjoyment. Right now, it feels like the game is fighting against the player instead of functioning properly.
  And stop ignoring issues that have been reported by players repeatedly.
