I am not sure about the gunsmith because I see many people in BR using very slow builds with ranger foregrip. They are all very focused on the recoil. I got no problem to manage the recoil, I play with gyroscope.

Sometimes a slow ads isnt such a bad thing as long as its not terribly slow. Slow ads gives you time to line up your shot properly. You dont always have to be instant quickscoping. People try to quickscope all the time and thats why they dont have much success because youre not always going to hit it
