Mobility - XM4, the difference in stats are quite similar but overall xm4 has more mobility. Better sprint to fire time and reload.

Handling - type 19 has lower hit flinch and lower recoil climb so it's better in terms recoil and control

Range - xm4 has 240 ms I think of ttk until 18m while type 19 I until 14m. So essentially you can kill the enemy faster on paper with xm4 over a certain point in range. Over 20m the ttk is pretty much the same

To conclude, type 19 is good for holding lanes/angles or even passive

Xm4 is pure off close range until 18m anything above that is mid BC of the handling. If u want mythic I'll got to xm4 since you can fix the recoil but hit flinch is damn awful now. So type 19 honestly
