Just keep your normal sensitivity as always and add a bit of gyro. You can also just add gyro when aiming and leave without when running around. It’s up to you. I use full gyro. My right thumb sometime helps me to turn but most of the time I use it for crouch/slide or jump or grenade. Index just for aiming and shooting.
