So, a few things are needed.

1. The enemy team needs to score at least 1 time.
2. You cannot let any round timeout. Which means you need to score 5/6 points to end EACH round.
   IF
   you score 10 points and the enemy team does not score at all... 0 clan war points.
   If you let a round timeout to stack as many kills as possible 0 clan war points.
   If you win with anything less than 10 points . 0 clan wars points.

It also works if you lose, eg. You have a team that's sweating way too hard and you can't score the points needed to end the round. Just back off and let them score/win.
