if you play MP you won't be affected that much, but in BR you can notice how bad it performs in some cases, specially on private lobbies where the 100 players will be real players

one way to somehow make the experience smoother is to make some tricks and play it on like mid-high graphics and only download essential game resources

but even so the game won't be 120 fps stable, you'll mostly end up between 60-90 fps
I use chinese gameloop which is the most stable way to play global codm on PC, but since january some ppl been getting randomly banned for a day each time they use it
