I wouldn’t add a ruleset purely for the fact that rank is the only gamemode that you can play without meeting bots, not removing sbmm but improving on it. Sbmm is important in competitive games, it just has to work well. Change the rank points system and make the climb actually rewarding, leggy shouldn’t be a participation award you get even by playing with negative winrate. Maybe add rotating map roster
