it doesnt have a fire rate, ads time, mobility, blankscope accuracy to match that of aggro snipers
it has terrible stf time so you cant sprint with it either

the other snipers that arent top have their own niches
zrg is dlq but faster
rytec and arctic are dlq but semi auto
hdr is slower but is top tier passive sniper
outlaw is almost as bad but it has terrific hipfire and ads time

And tundra is the best for cqc quickscoping
