Atp you are just making shotgun sks which wouldn't make sense balance wise as the reason most shotguns and snipers even in their fastest variants fire so slow is to not completely outmatch the dmrs and the smgs. If jak did a bit more damage the same issue would arise. So I don't really feel good about it

The reason shotguns haven't replaced smgs fully and never will is because of a concept called downtime. On smgs you only have that when reloading, on shotguns you have 1s downtime every time you shoot. Makes it incovinient for respawns zype sitiations
