oh, well you can still get the lk24.
Here's how you can do.

1. Reach legendary in Multiplayer mode.
2. Reach legendary in Battle Royle mode.
3. Get 10000 points in any one mode, MP or BR.

You can get 3 tokens by completing this 3 tasks. Each will grant you one elite token. You have 2 months to get this 3 tokens.
After 2 months, rank will reset again and a new season will come.
There you have to do the same in that season for 3 tokens.
If you do nothing in this season, you will not get the final reward. So better start grinding.
