The most you can do to buff certain under used LMGs like Bruen and Dingo is to actually either

1. Improve the actual base damage not just multipliers

2. Increase the Fire Rate

3. Give a special attachment or signature attachment that will actually help the gun
   for example, Thermite Rounds or some other rounds

4. Increase the range, by a lot

Because no matter how good the Dingos hit flinch is, if the damage is low and the recoil pattern is bad along with the range being bad too, it will still be terrible and no one will use it

EXAMPLE:

The JAK was terrible and no used it except for BR, but now that Thermite Ammo is added to the JAK, people will use it more now in MP
