I just tested the blueprints for 3 of the 4 samurai weapons (the CX-9, M13, and ASM10) and here's my personal scoring.
The CX-9 great because of the fast ADS, and quick reload. The magazine runs out fast because of the high fireing rate. The barrel makes it silenced, so that's a plus for me.
The M13 is nice. The movement speed is great. It's just a normal assault rifle. It's automatically silent because of thee barrel too.
The ASM10 is heavy. Movement speed is bad, and even with Slight of Hand, the reload isn't great. It doesn't have a silence so it's a bit icky on the ears.

M13 has 265 ads time, absolutely terrible consistent ttk of 272ms at point blank, u need to hit a headshot before the 5th shot to get competitive ttk, 3.03 strafe, but it has good 7.9 bsa if you use 40 round heavy long build

Kilo has 270ms ads time, 264 ttk for like 30m, inconsistent 3 shot potential, 3.3-4 strafe, but a sorta average 10.3 bsa
