If a gun like m4 has bullet speed of 1250 m/s

lets say we are shooting an enemy from 20 metres.

1st range = 0-16m
2nd range = 16.1m-24m

That means

1250m/s ÷ 60 x 2 frames delay (since it was hit on the second range)

which means the gun has 41.66miliseconds delay to register a hit
