M16 doesn't have bullet speed issue, and is a 3 tap upper body. Strength and no bullet speed complications make it work.

i prefer the swordfish over the m16 now after the buff, m16 kills faster in 1 burst but swordfish is more consistent, i still think the m16 is better though

but not hitting the one burst on the 16 feels bad
