quickscopes are never meant to be used constantly since it trades off you accuracy for a flick thats 10% accurate

average snipers are around 50% accurate so...

It is practical, its just a high skill high reward playstyle, if you hit your shot you get a time to kill faster than any weapon in the game and if you miss your first shot your almost guaranteed to drop dead
