Start out with a passive build. Minimize recoil and hit flinch. Use High Explosive Ammo and Demo Expert perk. I like Restock but you'll probably get more value out of Flak Jacket. EMP grenades can detonate rounds through walls, so if you hit the enemy but can't get off a second shot, throw an EMP at them. Start out shooting at the ground, but train your headshot aim with M21 EBR bc you'll want to hit lots of headshots to get better
