You got more accuracy ADS bullet spread on 16~ vs 20. And its a faster firerate. Grau has an easier recoil pattern. But if you learn it, it wont matter - in fact headshots and chest shots are easier first 4-5 bullets with the Type 19 as its pattern is straight first then goes to left
