Sens is how many procentage your camera moves per centimeter of movement
Fov is basicly zoom so anywhere between 51° and 90°.
If you are more zoomed in your camera covers less degrees. So zooming out basicly makes your fov smaller and hence moving same ammount on 80° and 16° zoom will hugely differ ammount of degree camera covers gets smaller on 16°( @halcyon violet this explanation make sense?)
