However, that doesn't mean it's better. For example, I can beat a lot of really good snipers using NA-45. Does this mean NA-45 is a better sniper? No. In addition, it can clearly be seen that what pros use is not always actually meta. Weapons can suddenly come into the spotlight without receiving any balance changes, because they were simply low pick rates before. Equating pro loadouts with meta is an authority fallacy.

Objectively, faster ADS time means faster kills. You say by putting enough effort into it, the difference can be ignored. However, you're acting like this effort is only applied towards the build with a slower ADS speed. With equal amounts of effort, you will be able to kill faster with the gun with the faster ADS speed. Even if you fired at the same time, the faster ADS weapon would be more consistent, because the spread approaches zero more rapidly.
