Best aggro ar rn is probably groza. Since its aggro it needs extra mobility and handling. Firm grip gives ads speed and flinch fixing that isuue while spetnaz pkm stock increases strafe and stf which betters the overall mobility besides movement and sprint. But since its still ar it needs to be able to challange at range somewhat. So we put gru composite barrel for extra bsa and bullet velocity with no cons. And we can choose to put suppresor to stay stealthy or aa laser to further increase our effective range
