well u should upgrade them all, but focus on turret damage and turret speed, then go for your wrench upgrade, that will make it deal more damage to the hq and turrets when repairing, not sure if it does more damage to zombies tho, then upgrade speed, you can move around the map quicker and get to missions a bit quicker when its upgraded
