Well I personally changed my fov recently. Had to change my playstyle too. I still play aggressively but I use movements when needed now.

Can't do many movements with my fov. Otherwise I'll lose sight of the enemy.

For my personal taste, I prefer the second option. Before that, I played with the first option. I tested both and I recommend second option. The ADS time is still fast even if the build is not for ADS time.

The first option, I realized in practice range when practicing aim and recoil control is that the bullet ADS spread was too much.

With the second option, all bullets went to the center of the practice range target so that's a win in my book.
