Damn that's high, I was up there as well but now I use medium sens with 120 speed accel. I do use higher sense just for Snipers, 130 sniper scope and 150 3x scope. I was using extremely high sens but it was so inconsistent at range I went back to the drawing board and started over after 2 years of using stupid high sens.

I thought so too until I started watching Pros play and tried their sensitivity. They use Low Sens and Speed Accel to be more accurate. If you have a low sens you can utilize more finger movement to adjust instead of trying to move a tiny bit and missing or being inconsistent.

It's not using others sens it's about the ability to control precisely. Having high sens makes little movements huge while low sens does the opposite. Using speed accel uses the finger speed to make fast adjustments so you end up with the best of both worlds and speed accel gives you more aim bot.

Sure you can but are you consistent? I was controlling fine with high sens but half the gun fights I would lose due to over shooting the target and missing a couple shots. Once I got comfortable with low (technically medium) sens I was able to develop more precision of my aim and it increased my Ws by a lot.
