I think your aim is fine, maybe inconsistent but nobody hits all their shots. With snipers, the more time you spend in scope, generally the worse it is. That’s basically what quickscoping is, summarised. The outlaw isn’t great because you need to hit the chest or head to one shot. You can’t hit the body for a one shot.
