Prebuilt drone or DIY?

So i'm looking for my first drone outside of the DJI ecosystem and cant decide if i go DIY or buy a prebuilt and modify as needed.

My thoughts were to buy this and then go through the process of adding 4g/5g, Rasberry Pi etc. Let me know what your opinion is

I'd avoid doing fully DIY i.e. PCB design and cutting own frame, no one is stopping you though

the signal obstruction from even a tree or wall hurts my DJI so bad it becomes totally unusable

i didn’t plan on that, sorry i should have clarified. i meant more just buying the motors, frame, assembly

this would be a big project for me and way outside my experience but i would be ok with that

looking at the controller screen is BVLOS, your point being? 4g/5g as in a flying cell tower?

well i know you add a modem to the drone of course, but from what i understand there’s multiple video link methods, controllers with a screen etc

if you knew of a kit or bundle or just the typical way people usually do that i’d appreciate it
