I'm currently building Joshua Bardwell's sub-250 drone kit and using the HappyModel EP1 2.4G ExpressLRS receiver. The LED isn't lighting up, and I think the receiver isn't switched on. This is my first drone build, so I have no experience.The Receiver Is getting warm when the battery Is pluged in.

What FC is it? Have you tried with a battery connected?
Some 5V pads only power on when a battery is connected, some are also powered via USB
Also, show a clearer wiring photo. In the one where you can see everything, it looks like you have TX-TX, which is wrong

There are other issues on the FC that need to be addressed first.

Yeah, I don't know how I could have missed the problem. I guess I was too confident and pretty sure the wiring was correct because I'd checked it several times. In my head I kept thinking blue to blue and red to red you know
Also is this thing now fried?
