I was trouble shooting my 2.5inch and with testing the motors 1 screw was not in the motor hole and i think it was against the motor and it coused the motor to smoke

Solder a different motor to it to test, you have 3 more that you know work

Esc has a red ligth motors go on for 1sec and then turn off for 1 and does that 3 times and then turns off so pretty sure esc is broken

Just to check you disconnected the smoked motor completely right
