I'm having an issue on my 5", it started desyncing, and I cannot pinpoint the cause.
It's practically new, hasn't been flown much, and it doesn't seem to depend how hard I push it, it desyncs randomly.
I attached the logs.
Here are things I've tried already:
I know I'm usually the one to give help here, but I'm deperate to fix this issue.

Did you try 24 just for sanity's sake?
Also, check (or just replace..) the ESC capacitor. I've had a case where an ESC was getting glitched by a bad cap.

ALSO2 - check the FC to ESC connector.
Had a loose connector cause desync-like symptoms.

It's hard because it's the mario5 frame and the cap is on that bottom gap
