yes does look like a cap has gotten ripped off and is now flipped and sunk in one of the motor pads
pads for the cap look gone so you are unlikely to be able to resolder it in place without scraping and praying for a trace.
if ur lucky the cap is noise related and you may be able to live without it.

Yeahhhh I tried using a spare cap from another dead board but I wasn't having much luck, gonna let the e6000 set a bit before I put it together and see what it does lol
