is this just while it’s on the ground or actually doing stuff while it’s flying

heavy inlet
#

are u seeing the big red error on the top of the screen

eternal narwhal
#

But there’s no reason for it

heavy inlet
#

put the props on right lol

#

did you just change the props before this?

eternal narwhal
#

I checked the propellers, they are fine

eternal narwhal

It was fine, then It sat in a box for about a month and then this

eternal narwhal
heavy inlet
#

might be an issue with the motor too

eternal narwhal
heavy inlet
#

hard to know and, if it is, not much u can do because it’s a dji drone and not a normal fpv drone

eternal narwhal
heavy inlet
#

send from a lower angle

#

i can’t see prop directions

eternal narwhal
#

Like this?

heavy inlet
#

ya lol your props are on wrong

#

you SURE u didn’t change them

eternal narwhal
#

Well I never took them off so 🤷

heavy inlet
#

ok we should ask someone else then but i’m pretty sure that’s wrong

daring osprey
#

Well

#

It’s not like your told what the error is

heavy inlet
#

props look like they’re on wrong

daring osprey
#

The drone literaly says props are on wrong

#

It gives a diagram showing they are on wrong

heavy inlet
daring osprey
heavy inlet
#

like they shouldn’t be the same as one next to them

daring osprey
#

Odds are it sat in the box, got a firmware update when it was turned on again, and the way props are supposed to be on was changed

#

There might be a setting, but I’d just switch them around

eternal narwhal

I feel like house

#

Just reinstall the props, it’s not hard since dji labels them a and b, then shows where to put them

heavy inlet
daring osprey
#

Yes you said that

heavy inlet
#

that thing shouldn’t have ever flown with either prop direction

daring osprey

heavy inlet
daring osprey
#

Yes

heavy inlet
#

but those are labeled A and B?

#

on the drawing

daring osprey
#

Holy shit

#

We know

heavy inlet
#

?

daring osprey
#

That was already established 20 messages ago

eternal narwhal
#

If I take off all of the protective stuff I have on it and try to go up immediately as I press take off then it goes backwards

daring osprey
#

I can almost guarantee props are on wrong

#

Just try swapping them around, it’s really not that much effort

heavy inlet
# daring osprey Holy shit

not trying to be annoying. i was just a lil confused when you went from “i can see dji having their props set up like that” to “yes ofc we’ve said that” mb if i was annoying tho. it’s very late here

heavy inlet
#

i did

#

and assumed you meant they reversed direction

daring osprey
#

No

heavy inlet
#

i didn’t know quads could fly with adjacent props spinning same direction

#

oh ok

daring osprey
#

They can(90% sure)

eternal narwhal
#

I had to order a new mini screwdriver to replace the props

daring osprey
#

Do you really not have one

#

My mini 4 came with one

eternal narwhal
#

I lost it

#

It’s tiny

heavy inlet
#

damn

daring osprey
#

Damn

eternal narwhal
#

I even had a place for it in my case

heavy inlet
#

i mean those look like pretty big slots, i bet u can find something to use as a makeshift screwdriver

eternal narwhal
#

I had 2 screwdrivers, there’s 1 hole for each.

eternal narwhal
eternal narwhal
#

I can’t test it right now but does that look right?

#

@heavy inlet

#

@daring osprey

#

?

daring osprey
#

Dji labels the props

#

But I believe

eternal narwhal
daring osprey
#

Mhm

eternal narwhal
#

MY WHOLE AREA is a restricted flight area

daring osprey
#

Bruh

eternal narwhal
#

It’s a P area

eternal narwhal
#

Hi
