Yes it’s a diversity and Gemini system receiver (just haven’t plug the second antenna yet cuz I don’t have printed the vertical support)

Turning on the reciever without antennas will fry it
Bc then it will recieve any and all frequencies

no, then it will try to send telemetry for which the energy reflects back into the amplifier, quite likely frying it
