1604 motors are undersized for a flying brick like the Flyfish (Being a brick isn't a bad thing for freestyle). 1804 is a better match, and some people are using 2004s.
Jhemcu is... I wouldn't trust them with something important like... well, any part of your drone.
The rest of it looks fine for something built on the cheap.
