I have an older drone and an android phone it said that it uses a older version of android is there any work around to this problem.
on the manual it says f + series, 2.4 ghz, Quadcopter with built in six-axis gyro built in.

that drone looks like a super cheap holystone rebrand so i assume it's all super proprietary

You could try looking up the name of the app online followed by "apk", just on the off chance that a newer version is actually available elsewhere in the form of a downloadable apk
