Motor magnets

Hello everyone! I am having XING-E PRO 2207 1800KV motors which are 12N14P configuration!
My question is….how many magnets are in the motor? 12? or 14? I see 12 “stators” if I am right but I guess the number of magnets of the motor is 14…maybe I am talking nonsense! I would like to know so as to set it right in Betaflight Configurator! Thank you in advance!!!

And 12 on the actual motor 🙂

I appreciate your time on my issue!!!So that is exactly my confusion!!! In specs you can assume there are 14 magnets! But in reality there are 12! I guess I will go with what I see…just to have peace of mind! If there is no difference at all….the better for me then! Thanks again!

There are 14 magnets/poles and 12 stator slots

If there were only 12 magnets and 12 slots, the motor would not function

I don't know how you're only counting 12 magnets, but I guarantee there are 14

I'm literally looking at your picture above and counting 14 magnets around the bell

Magnets are in the spinning part (rotor, bell)

The stator is the assembly of the core and copper coils wound on it
