No shipping info has been provided or sorted despite numerous correspondence.
As of today when I attempted o reach out to @goat1230 they have removed their account and gone dark.
Now waiting on PayPal remediation.

Hello as an update.
Since I had not been in contact with goat and was unable to contact them.
I already had submitted the paypal cancellation.
By the time goat had gotten in contact back with me.
PayPal had already returned my $$.
At this point the transaction/deal has been cancelled.
